How to register
Registering your child for Takeover KC Athletics is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Select the appropriate sport (basketball or flag football).
- Choose the correct age division for your child.
- Complete the online registration form with all required information.
- Submit necessary waivers and agreements.
- Make your payment securely through our accepted methods.
Required information includes: Player's full name, date of birth, grade, chosen sport, parent/guardian name, phone number, email address, home address, emergency contact, jersey size, medical conditions or allergies, previous playing experience, and emergency medical authorization. We also require agreement to our participation waiver, code of conduct, photo/media release, and payment policy. Payments can be made via Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
